Katie Belson – Therapist

Katie graduated in 2019 with a BSc Honours in Sports Rehabilitation from St Mary’s University,
Twickenham. Through University, Katie has gained experience in a variety of populations, from
treating patients at health clinics to providing pitch-side care, sports massages, and rehabilitation
plans to professional athletes. Her enthusiasm to help people lead her to volunteer at the London
Marathon and the Moonwalk London Charity Walk where she provided massages to participants of
the events.

Katie is a Pain Relief Therapist at our Omnia Performance and Diagnostics Centre at Allen House. Here she can offer objective measures of improvement in acute and chronic pain states. This is provided through non-invasive, safe techniques that are used to inform our clients on the state of their health as well as the effectiveness of the treatments they undergo before, during, and after therapy sessions. Katie is fully trained and experienced in the techniques and protocols involved in delivering the RightEye eye-tracking test and the PNOÉ cardio metabolic analyser assessment. She is also qualified to deliver sports massages to patients for post-exercise and muscle tightness relief.
