Styku · Chiswick W4, West London
The Styku 3D body scan at Omnia Lifestyle in Chiswick, West London, captures your body shape in under a minute, tracking circumferences and shape change over time so contouring, fitness and weight programmes are measured rather than guessed.
At Omnia Lifestyle
The Styku 3D body scan at Omnia Lifestyle in Chiswick, West London, captures your body shape in under a minute and turns it into a 3D model with hundreds of measurements. It helps you see changes in your waist, hips, thighs and posture rather than guess at them, with no contact and no radiation.
It is the tracking tool behind our contouring, fitness and weight programmes: a baseline before you start, then repeat scans that overlay on the first. A scan costs £50, including a practitioner review of your 3D model and measurements, and pairs well with an InBody scan for shape and composition together. Book your Styku scan when you are ready.

Why Omnia Lifestyle
Why people come
The mechanism
Styku uses a depth-sensing camera and a slowly rotating platform to capture a full 3D image of your body in around 30 seconds. Software then extracts hundreds of measurements, from waist and hip circumference to limb symmetry, and builds a model you can rotate on screen.
Because each scan is captured the same way, repeat scans overlay precisely on the first. That makes small changes visible, which is what keeps people motivated through a programme and lets us adjust treatment or training on evidence.

Who it helps

What to expect
Wear form-fitting clothing so the scan captures an accurate silhouette. You stand on the turntable holding a set position for under a minute while the camera captures your shape. There is no contact and no radiation.
Your practitioner shows you the 3D model and measurements on screen straight away and explains what to track. Repeat scans at agreed intervals show progress side by side.

Step by step
Our Styku scanner is at our Chiswick W4 clinic, two minutes from Turnham Green station on the District line, and clients come from Chiswick, Hammersmith, Ealing, Richmond, Hounslow and across West London. Combined InBody and Styku sessions can be arranged when you book.
Styku measures your shape, while the InBody scan measures what that shape is made of, such as muscle, fat and body water. To choose between them, read Styku vs InBody, and before your visit see how to prepare for a Styku scan. Many clients use Styku to track LPG Endermologie or a fitness and nutrition programme.
Omnia Lifestyle is at 8 to 9 Bedford Corner, The Avenue, Chiswick W4 1LZ, close to Turnham Green station, on bus routes 94, E3 and 272. Limited parking is available on request when booking.

Questions
Styku is a 3D body scanner. You stand on a slowly rotating platform for about 35 seconds while an infrared camera captures your body shape, producing a precise 3D model with hundreds of circumference measurements, body shape analysis and an estimate of body fat. Repeat scans overlay on each other so you can see exactly where your shape has changed. It is used for tracking body contour, posture and fitness progress.
They measure different things. InBody measures what your body is made of: muscle mass, fat mass, body water and visceral fat, in each segment, using bioelectrical impedance. Styku measures what your body looks like: a 3D model with precise circumferences, shape and posture, using an infrared camera. InBody tracks composition; Styku tracks contour. Together they give the full picture, which is why we use both.
Styku measurements are accurate to within a few millimetres and highly consistent between scans taken under the same conditions, which makes it reliable for tracking change in circumferences and shape. Its body fat percentage is an estimate derived from shape rather than a direct measurement, so it is best treated as a trend indicator. For measured body fat and muscle, InBody is used alongside.
Wear fitted clothing such as shorts and a sports top or fitted underwear, tie long hair back, and remove bulky jewellery, watches and shoes. Scan at a similar time of day each visit, ideally not straight after a large meal, so comparisons are consistent. The scan itself takes about 35 seconds standing still on a rotating platform.
Styku is suitable for anyone looking to track physical progress, whether for fitness, weight management, rehabilitation or general wellbeing.
At Omnia, Styku is part of a data-driven approach to health and performance. We use it to track your progress visually and to shape a more personalised treatment plan.
