The Essence of Tai Chi & Qi Gong
Slow Movements: Tai Chi and Qi Gong involve slow, intentional movements that encourage presence and poise. These flowing sequences create a sense of calm while enhancing coordination and control.
Conscious Breathing: These practices emphasise conscious breathing techniques to enhance relaxation, oxygenation, and vitality, promoting overall health.
Mind-Body Harmony: By focusing on the connection between mind and body, the movements foster greater awareness, balance, and alignment, promoting holistic wellness.
Stress Management: Through rhythmic motion and breathwork, Tai Chi helps quiet the mind and calm the nervous system — making it an effective tool for managing stress and regaining focus.
Focus on Energy Flow: Rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine, both practices work to circulate Qi (life energy) through the body, supporting resilience, health, and inner strength.
