Clinic Booking Terms and Conditions

Please read the following terms and conditions carefully. By making a booking with Omnia Lifestyle Limited, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

  1. Booking Process

Bookings are made on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to slot availability.

Appointments can be scheduled online through our website, or through Treatwell platform or over the phone.

  1. Cancellation and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours (1 day) in advance.

Failure to provide the required notice will result in the full amount of your booking being non-refundable.

  1. Booking Fee and Payment for treatments

When booking on our website or through the Treatwell platform, you have the option to pay upfront or choose to pay at the venue. If you select to pay at the venue, you will be required to provide your credit card details. If you are unable to attend or cancel your booking within less than 24 hours’ notice, the full treatment fee will be deducted from your credit card. However, if you cancel or reschedule before the 24-hour timeline, your treatment fees will be refunded within 5-7 business days.

Payment can be conveniently made online while booking your appointment. Alternatively, we accept payments via online bank transfer. In the latter case, you will receive an invoice that contains our bank account details. Please refrain from making any advance payments without a valid invoice.

We accept payments through credit card, online transfer, or cash. Kindly note that we do not offer credit facilities, and therefore, upfront payment after treatment is a mandatory requirement.

  1. Refund Policy

For cancellations made within the requested period (24 hours prior to booking), the booking fee will be refunded to your card within 5 to 7 working days through our payment operator, Stripe.

Late changes (within 24 hours) will result in forfeiting the fees paid.

In the case of appointments that are part of a treatment package, one treatment session will be deducted from the remaining number of sessions.

  1. Confirmation and Deposit Payment

Bookings are only considered confirmed upon receipt of the deposit payment or provision of credit card details if you opt to pay at the venue. Failure to make the deposit payment promptly or provide credit card details may result in your appointment slot being allocated to someone else.

  1. Package Bookings

All treatments booked as part of a package must be completed within 3 months, unless otherwise authorised.

  1. Providing Personal and Medical Information

Providing accurate personal data and relevant medical information is essential for the provision of treatment.

Failure to provide this information may affect your safety during treatment and is important for our insurance purposes.

  1. Medical History

Please provide complete medical history when asked. Our team cannot be held liable for any issues that may arise due to withheld information or a failure to follow our team’s instructions.

  1. Appointment Reminders

You will receive appointment reminders by email or SMS based on your preferred mode of communication.

Please do not reply to the reminder email to reschedule appointments or ask general questions, as it is an automated reminder.

  1. Cancellations due to illness or emergency

Cancellations due to illness or any emergency matters may be accepted if the clinic is convinced of their legitimacy.

  1. Individual Bookings

Bookings can only be made for one person, and sessions cannot be shared with others.

  1. Late Arrivals

The therapist will wait for up to 15 minutes for late arrivals. Treatments for latecomers may be shortened to respect the schedules of other clients.

  1. Children and Pets

If you bring young children to the clinic, please ensure a supervising adult is with them at all times.

The clinic is not pet-friendly due to regulatory regulations. If you bring a pet to your appointment, the therapist will not be able to perform the treatment.
